1. How do I purchase Beats? |

There are many different ways to find beats on our site. Once you come accross some beats that you like the buying process becomes very easy. After clicking "Buy Now" you will be taken to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase just click "Checkout" and you will be redirected to PayPal.com. At PayPal you can use credit cards, or even your existing paypal balance to purchase the beats. We love PayPal because they are truly the most secure source of payments on the internet. |

2. What rights do I have to the beats I purchase? |
|
With non-exclusive beats you have the right to use them on any mixtape, album, or demo with a circulation of less than 3,000 copies. Beyond 3,000 copies and the producer is entitiled to 50% of the published song. It is your responsiblity to notify the producer if this occurs. You must give the producer credit whenever you publish the completed song.
With Exclusives you are the only artist that will be allowed to use the beat. You still must give the producer credit for the track. No other artist will be legally allowed to use the track. |

3. How do I get my beats? |
|
After your purchase the beats you will recieve an email with a link to receive your beats. This link will bring you to your BEATBox and all the beats you have ever purchased will be stored there. Inside the BEATBox you can download the beats at any time. All beats will be in MP3 format. |

4. What types of payments are accepted? |

As of right now we only accept payments through PayPal. We will soon be accepting checks. |

Producers |
| 1. How do I sell beats at BuyThatBEAT? |
|
All you have to do is register with us as either a Basic or VIP member. The basic membership is free and the VIP membership has a low montly cost at $7.50 a month. The baisc membership allows you to upload 10 beats at no cost. The VIP membership lets you upload up to 30 beats. |

| 2. What are the commision fees? Basic members - 20%. VIP members - 10% |

Keeping a webiste like this up and running cost a lot of money, and is very time consuming. Therefore we charge a small commission per beat sold. We eventually want to be a completely free site, but until then we have to charge a small fee.
Something interesting to know is that if you do eventually become a big time producer, it is expected that your manager receieves at least 20% of your production deals. We are basically your virtual manager or agent.

| 3. Do I have to pay per upload of beat? |
|
No. If you are a basic member you are allowed 10 free uploads. If you would like to upload more than 10 you have the option to pay $2.00 per upload of additional beats. VIP members only pay $1.00 per upload after their 30 free uploads. |

| 4. Am I going to sell a lot of beats? |
|
Potentially. We spend a lot of money on advertising and bring many customers to the site every day. We see anywhere from 12,000 to 14,000 unique visitors everyday at BTB in only 2 months of operation. The beat buyers do have a large variety to choose from, so make sure that our beats are on point and you have a few at attractive prices. |

At BTB we want all of our members to get recognition in the industry. Because of this desire to make you succeed we make connections with major lables and artist everyday. These connections will have top A&R's and artists listening to your beats.
Also, we give you marketing tools such as a Myspace banner and MP3 player. These tools let you place links on myspace comments that track back to your profile at BTB and they can purchase your beats directly from our site. |
