1. Make Good BEATS! - Nobody is going to buy a weak track...although we do shake our heads while sending out payments sometimes :-)
2. Feature Your Profile - 1000's of beat buyers visit BTB everyday...so make sure they see you first. Simply Login and find the Front Page Feature (its cheap...$5 could make you hundreds...no joke)
3. Come Up With Creative Beat Names - Nobody wants to see "Club Beat # 33424". Try titling your beats like a song title (ex. Throw Your Money Up, Smack Those Dudes...get creative)
4. Know Your Target Beat Buyer - If you are really good at making Club Bangers then make sure the majority of your uploaded beats are club joints. If you have a weak East Coast track then the buyer is going to look elsewhere and never hear your best beats!
5. Spread The Word - We do everything we can to give you a pleasant and friendly marketplace for you to sell beats, plus spend A LOT of money on advertising but you can help too. Use the Myspace Banners we provide....It really works!
6. Believe In Yourself! - Step in the studio with confidence and bang out a classic everytime! It's perfectly fine if you make a beat that somebody doesn't like...the next person wlaking down the street may think it's the best beat in the world. Big artist reject beats from established producers all the time...I think the craziest story I have ever heard was that P Diddy rejected like 60 tracks from Timbaland & Cool & Dre until he found 1 that he "slightly" liked.
